Walk-in rates are $20 higher than the prices listed below, except for students.

LATE REGISTRATION: Registrations after 12 PM noon on November 23rd (either online or at the door) will be charged a $20 late registration fee except for students. Prices on this site will automatically change at that time.

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your registration before or on November 21st, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Cancellations after November 24th are not refunded.

WALK INS: Walk in attendees are always welcome. The $20 late registration fee will apply except for students. Credit cards and checks will be accepted onsite.

PAYMENT BY CHECK: If you prefer to pay by check, please register below and click "Show other payment options" below the green button, then click Pay Offline. You will then see the address to mail the check to. Payment must be received by November 26th or your registration will be cancelled.

SUITCASING: Suitcasing (also known as outboarding) is prohibited. Suitcasing is when an attendee solicits business in the trade show aisles or other public spaces. Also called outboarded events, these activities are detrimental to the conference. These are unethical business practices and will not be tolerated. To distribute information or conduct business, you must be an exhibitor. MoGIA has the right to remove anyone who violates this policy.
